Diet and exercise
Diet is a good way to lose weight. So many people eat big portions based on the tastes. I used to eat really big portions like fast food because I was so addicted to grease and sugar that adds flavor. Most people just love those products do to the taste. However, it is not the best for our bodies. Obesity is rising rapidly and is associated with many serious and even life threatening diseases. Because it makes us over weight that makes us sick. It also shortens up our lives. But as we make our eating habits better by eating more healthy choices, It will help us be more fit and helps us become more energized. I will also notice a boost in self esteem and confidence while feeling more fulfilled in a daily basis. I used to eat out almost everyday. That made me overweight and I would get sick a lot. I have a friend who influenced me to go on a diet with him. Cause I saw how in shape he was I wanted to get tips from him. Now that I am eating healthier, it made me drop weight fast and I feel more happy than I ever had. I came to realize that eating delicious and fattening food is only temporal happiness while eating healthy is eternal happiness. Another part that is good for our health is exercising. The physical benefits of exercise improves physical conditions and fighting diseases. It also makes us feel good and reduces stress. Cause Stress is not good for us. It increases our blood pressure which shortens up our lives. When stress affects the brain, it impacts the body as well. As we develop a workout routine, It helps us feel accomplished and make us want to do it more. I now workout everyday and I have never felt better. I have more energy than ever before and I can run faster.

I would create an app that gives fast and direct answers to any question you have using reliable sources. It would provide quick and direct answers to anything from a question you dont understand on your homework, to the name of the song thats been stuck in your head all day. You just ask or type in the question and it automatically tells you the answer. Sure any search engine is capable of doing this, but this app would give direct answers and do all the research for you. It wont mistake opinion over knowledge so its a lot more reliable than just asking any person a question. This app would obviously be convenient and useful for anyone that doesnt know all the answers in life (aka everyone)

I want to add a new feature to the Uber application. Uber is an app where the user can request a black car service to a location for transportation. Some rides are better than the other and in that case it would be nice to keep our favorite drivers in a folder for future use. Currently Uber only allows you to rate your driver 1-5 stars with 5 being extremely satisfied. After the drop off occurs that's where all communication with your driver ends. For example, I get dropped off at LAX on a Monday morning and my driver was amazing beginning to end. He was quick and professional. I begin to think how pleasant it would be if he could pick me up when I returned. The problem now is that I have no way of retaining any information about my driver. With my improvement I would create a Favorites folder that organizes them chronologically according to drop off day and time. Come a few days later when I've arrived back into town I open my Uber app, click the Favorites tab and scroll to find my last driver. I request his services to my location and wait on a response from Uber letting me know if he is available at the moment. If he is available the app would proceed as usual, informing me of my wait time and who my driver is, except this time I already know who is coming. If my preferred driver is on another ride the app will inform me of this and allow me to request another driver or have Uber select one for me.

A app I would change is Yousician. This is a app where you can basically learn how to play the two most popular instrument guitar and piano. You have to make your own account to sign up or you can sign up through Facebook. Once you are log in it would let you choice what instrument you will like to learn, If it guitar it would first help you tune the guitar. Then it would also give you the opposition to learn chords or tabs. This app would only teach you the basic you need to know about this instrument. If you want to go more into music that where the money would come in. They charge you ten dollars ever month. That the part I would change. I would only change just pay ten dollars and you get the whole year free.
Anther thing that I don't like about this app and I will really change is put more option for songs to learn. You type in the bands name and you only get four song but the song you want to learn is not on the list. What the whole of paying ten dollars a month if you can get a chance to learn the song you want. For me that would be a waist of money.

I am going to be giving improvements to the DaftKings. I think that this app needs improvement because it lacks on information of certain sports. For example, making your team in soccer, it lets you choose a player that can be in the bench and not receive points. By not receiving points, the chances of winning money is very low. It should give an update on the squads of team before games and let changes be made in order to compete wisely. Another flaw that this app has is having the same user playing the league several times and winning the same money and letting others lose because he has the same players in all leagues.

Ellen DeGeneres vs. Oprah Winfrey
Ellen DeGeneres
"DeGeneres was born and raised in Metairie, Louisiana, the daughter of Betty DeGeneres (née Elizabeth Jane Pfeffer), a speech therapist, and Elliott Everett DeGeneres, an insurance agent."
"DeGeneres launched a daytime television talk show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, in September 2003."
Oprah Winfrey
"Winfrey was born into poverty in rural Mississippi to a teenage single mother and later raised in an inner-city Milwaukee neighborhood."
"The movie critic Roger Ebert persuaded her to sign a syndication deal with King World. Ebert predicted that she would generate 40 times as much revenue as his television show, At the Movies. It was renamed The Oprah Winfrey Show, expanded to a full hour, and broadcast nationally beginning September 8, 1986."
Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGeneres are both public figures who have their own talk show. Both come from completely different lifestyles, backgrounds, beliefs and cultures. Their careers didn't happen from one day to the other. They started off small and worked their way up, they overcame their minority status to now becoming two of the most successful women on television. These two successful women are inspirational and along with overcoming hardships in their lives they have a huge heart, they have donated thousands and thousands of dollars to help remote rural areas and schools that are in need.
