Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGeneres are both public figures who have their own talk show. Both come from completely different lifestyles, backgrounds, beliefs and cultures. Their careers didn't happen from one day to the other. They started off small and worked their way up, they overcame their minority status to now becoming two of the most successful women on television. These two successful women are inspirational and along with overcoming hardships in their lives they have a huge heart, they have donated thousands and thousands of dollars to help remote rural areas and schools that are in need.
