Prison
"It may be sobering to be in jail, but being locked up doesn't ensure real sobriety."
- People think the best thing for drug addicts is for them to go to prison, what they don't understand is that in the long run it did nothing for them. If anything it just makes things worse.
Rehab
"The war on substance abuse is fought successfully by helping the individual become drug free."
- Rehab not only helps them become sober but it helps keep them sober, usually by dealing with the underlying problem, and it helps them with building their life afterwards.
