I chose this comparison, because I am all for food, health and
well-being of a person, whether someone is following a vegetarian diet,
non-vegetarian diet I think is a personal
choice. We all have different
experiences in life, with our health and we all have a different
cultural/religious background. To begin with all of us grow up with what our
parents introduce to us, later in life we may deviate from it, explore new
things and decide what will be our new food choice, or others remain the same.
Vegetarian says killing an animal for food is sin but
according to a research more animals are killed for various reason excluding
consumption like scientific research, making cosmetics and costumes, etc. But
non-vegetarian says it is a food chain to follow in order to maintain balanced
food ecosystem.
There is a lot of pros and cons between both diets, for one one side vegetarian diet is rich in minerals and vitamins; important
to maintain the health of our body, fiber content, aids in proper digestion, it also reduces the risk of
chronic diseases and some cancer specifically colon and lung cancer. On the other hand, Non-vegetarian diet has a high biological value
protein, it has a main source of B complex
vitamin especially vitamin B12 and it is also rich in certain amino acids which body
cannot produce by own,
