In a customer service study, Newegg.com had become first place. Newegg rises above ten other leading consumer electronics e-tailors. According to the spring 2009 edition of the Top 100 Online Retail Satisfaction. Newegg rose one point from the previous year on the American Customer Satisfaction Index. Their final score of the season was an awesome eighty one points. The Foresee President and CEO states that a score of eighty is considered excellent. He also states the Newegg should be proud of their accomplishment, especially during a recession. Newegg, along with TigerDirect -one of neweggs's competitors- also has the highest purchase intent. Purchase intent is the likelihood that a site visitor will make a purchase during a visit. The Forsee president could only give one piece of advice. He suggested lowering their prices, at least until the recession has passed.
